The application Deboo is operated by ROJO ALLENDES Enzo, a sole proprietor registered in France under SIREN number 947 667 374, with registered address at 20 rue Briais, 93380 Pierrefitte-sur-Seine, France (hereinafter "the Operator" or "we"). 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions under which the Operator provides the Deboo mobile application (hereinafter "the Application") and associated services, as well as the rights and obligations of users (hereinafter "you" or "the User").

2. Definitions

• Application: The "Deboo" mobile software distributed on iOS.
• Quiz: A set of questions generated from user-uploaded content.
• Alarm: A wake-up notification requiring quiz completion to dismiss.
• AI Generation: The process of creating quizzes from scanned documents using artificial intelligence.
• Premium Subscription: A paid plan providing access to advanced features, including unlimited AI generations.
• Content: Any documents, images, PDFs, or text uploaded by the User.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and/or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept all or part of these Terms, please do not use the Application.

4. Registration and Account

1. Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor, you must have authorization from your legal guardian.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
